This style is very retro and the bright blue color gives it a summer vibe. In order to make the outfit chic you should try on some black platform heels or the ankle high boots shown above. A silver metallic necklace will definitely stand out and play up the outfit for a formal get together. Another occasion could be to a laid back barbecue. You could wear with black or silver metallic sandals with no jewelry and your hair should be in a loose braid so you don't look to over the top.
